Exchange & Refund Policy 

At Andlooms Apparel, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you face any issue, we are here to assist you with our fair and transparent return policy.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to process returns.

    • The video must be unedited, continuous, and clearly show the parcel being opened from the start to the product reveal.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • With original packaging and all tags intact

  • Upon approval, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • It will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to original payment method

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for products that are found defective upon receipt, subject to inspection and approval.

  • In case the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Color variations

    • Minor pattern irregularities

    • Print variations

    • Weave unevenness or slight imperfections

Please note, many of our pieces are handmade or handwoven, and such natural characteristics are part of their beauty — not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

Return / Exchange Process

  • After reviewing your claim, our team may request additional images/videos for verification

  • If approved:

    • Product must be shipped back by the customer within 3 days

    • On receipt and inspection, only product value is refunded
      Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Allowed only if the same item is in stock

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued as per above rules
