Order Processing

All in-stock products are dispatched within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In rare cases of operational or courier delays, you will be notified proactively.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–6 business days

Other locations within India: 5–10 business days

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service availability, weather, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email/WhatsApp (as applicable).

Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their parcels at the delivery address provided.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout before payment.

Any re-delivery due to missed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees payable by the customer.

Shipping Address & Non-Delivery

Customers must provide accurate delivery information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Recipient unavailable

Refusal to accept the parcel

If the courier returns the parcel to us due to the above reasons:

Re-shipping charges will apply

No cancellation or refund will be provided for such orders

Damaged / Tampered Deliveries

If the parcel appears tampered or damaged, please:

Do not accept the package

Inform us immediately with photos/video evidence

Keep the parcel opening video unedited and continuous for any claim — failure to provide this will invalidate the complaint
